EP00 – Episode Zero – What is this podcast all about?
Welcome to the REIL podcast!
We’d like to welcome you episode zero of the ‘Real Estate Investors Lounge’ podcast. The three of us have decided to start a podcast geared towards investing in Real Estate, and we hope that’ll you join us on this episode as well as many future ones as we delve into the many facets, strategies and proven methods of real estate investing.
As seasoned investors ourselves, our hope and goal with this podcast, is to provide our first hand experiences, as well as many other investors knowledge and practical skills and share them with you. We plan on sorting through some of the BS and confusion of real estate investing and giving you the knowledge and know-how that will allow you to either start, or continue to grow your real estate portfolios – AND create wealth through real estate investing at the same time.
While many of the strategies and methods of investing that we’ll be exploring in future episodes will be primarily based on the greater golden horseshoe, we’ll be continually updating you on the market trends and where people are investing all across Ontario.
In the ‘Investors Lounge’ we’ll be speaking with some incredible guests such as current investors, mortgage agents, paralegals, property managers, real estate agents and many other professionals that are an integral part of real estate investing. Covering strategies such as Buy & Holds, Fix & Flips, Student Rentals, The ‘Buy-Renovate-Rent-Refinance’ aka BRRR method, as well residential and commercial investing will be just a few of the topics we’ll be covering.
We ourselves are creating wealth and secure future with real estate investing, and we want you to know that you can do it too!
